I have (at last!) my Conceptronic bud, with Anycom software and drivers (made my own modified inf).
Looking at its hardware registers, it seems to be an OEM version of ACER bud, but with 5 year warranty!!! (ACER provides only 2 years).
Have tested it with Fisio 835, everything OK. And MobilePhoneTools provided by Philips is a great tool for sync and any other thing you could imagine you can do with a Bluetooth enabled phone.
So I am HAPPYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY

Has anybody got the new drivers to work with the BlueTake Poke2 (BT009)? I install acbtusb and the anycom software fine, but when I plug the bud in and select the directory with the bluetake driver in XP says it's the wrong hardware.
In fact if I use the Anycom driver the bud works fine (even the headset) UNTIL I reboot my machine, at which point 'My Bluetooth places' says it can't find any local Bluetooth devices. Aaaaargh! I'm guessing this is a driver issue?
Is there a firmware update for the Poke2? I can't find anything on the Bluetake site.
Thanks for any advice (and thanks to c0mm0n for the drivers - when they work they work really well).

@ alexgutteridge
Bluetake has released the new drivers for the BT007 and the BT009. They are available from their website.
http://www.bluetake.com
or a direc tlink to the drivers
ftp://203.149.163.70/Bluetooth%20Software/BTW1.3.2.7/BTW1327.zip
I have the new drivers installed on my computer with the BT007 USB adapter.

Cheers! You're a lifesaver - I was going mad trying to fiddle around with the other drivers. |

One problem:
Everything works with pc and t68i (ie: sync., send files, pc control software, etc) but I can't send files from phone to pc... I could before and now it doesn't work any more. I already restarted the computer a few times....
Should I reinstall the bud? Anyone can help?
Thanks

I am afraid broadcomm chipsets (i.e., belkin, d-link, tecom, pheenet, IOGear dongles) do not support audio profiles. Maybe a firmware upgrade could help, but so far none of the manufacturers has realsed any after version 1.2.2.16.
I am so frustrated. First I thought it's only the headset profile on my pc that is not functional. But today I've gort an HBH-120 handsfree and it turned out the audio gateway doesn't work either. In both cases the connection to the service appears fine but the sound does not flow to/from pc.
Maybe I should get another dongle. What chipsets do support the audio prifiles?
Thanks. |

Where do you get hold of the firmware update for the MSI Bluetooth dongle?
c0mm0n says something about '373' but I'm on 2xx something?
Can't find it on the MSI website either.
Anybody help? |

How can I use my T68i as a Bluetooth headset with a TDK USB Bluetooth
adapter?
I only see a "Voice Gateway" service for my phone in the tdk Bluetooth
places application.
I installed the tdk beta driver update to my tdk drivers that are supposed
to alow this to work. I have the latest version of tdk's drivers installed
as well. 1.3.2.7. any ideas how i can get this working?

Thanx c0mm0n for the installation tips! Worked flawlessly, however I cannot make the Voice Gateway connection to stay up for more than 5 seconds. Anybody found a way around this?

Can't get it to work with my 3com & P800...
The software seems to be installed correctly but for one the blue light on the dongle isn't lit...
I can discover and pair the PC to the P800 but not the other way 'round... The P800 (and my Ipaq) don't discover my laptop...
Anyone know what I can do?
Thanks,
