@fdigital: are you able to browse the internet for free using opera mini 4.1 and 4.2? Right we can here in the philippines. Our network provider allowed free browsing using socket connection. We can also watch videos from youtube for free. We don't need to mod the opera mini apps.

Fdigital, MTN has come out with full ban on om mod. it is not possible again to browse freely on mtn (for me)even with all the tricks. but when i read your post yesterday, i was very happy! pls PM me those proxies you talked about. You are my man! and the opera mini 4.1 and 4.2 beta can you post their links? Denevhyn said they steam videos on their mobile. is this possible in Nigeria and how can we do it. |

Streaming depends on your network provider. You can your network provider on what specific streaming setting you can use. It should be activated as well.

@man4war u are right but most times its ntw failure. it usualy come up during the evening hrs or at night. but u can use the moded opera 3.1
it uses socket and has a way of making use of any tiny ntw services. For the proxies it will be on the nig free browsin thread that will created by dennevhyn.

Fdigital, i seems to disagree with the ntw failure theory. Why? I have a signed om version which i used with modded version on my phone. recently when the modded versions refused to connect (thanks to mtn) i bought credits, loaded my phone and tried to connect with the signed opera mini and to my suprise i could browse(not free of charge) but when i immediately switched to the om mod with all the tricks, all i got were lots and lots of errors...service unavailable. Pls fdigital, are u still browsing with mtn line? What are the tricks@om server u are using now? Maybe mine is no longer acceptable. |

man4war i agree with u operamod206 does connect but its becoming faulty cos of the ntw failure thats. but all the mtn tricks are working with mtn though u ve to have atleast #5 on ur account or u can use op 3.1 mod version

hi guys,i jst did a lil smtin.i used mtn gprs setting instead of mtn wap setting in my java app settings & nw i'm able to browse the internet 4 free using om.no netwrk altercations,jst plain and simple.a breaktru finally.wow.

fdigital, u said dennevhen is going to start a thread on those powerful proxies to use on mtn network. when is he going to start? we are all in earnest to get those proxies. and have u streamed any video using ommod? have you tested the new om 4.2 beta? please give us the report. is it better than the 4.1? U and dennevhen are my mentor in this forum. |

i dint say it works on all network but most of them worked and some are been blocked by zain and mtn, anyway i will soon list out more working proxies for u guys to try. For the opera 4.2 it works but on 3G & wifi enabled phones. it did not browse free on my k750 but was free nkE60 though has stylishly cuting my credit. |
