k810i frimware works on k800i. Before with some bugs particularly the lights, but now with the aid of some customized lighteffects ect... k800i to k810i works smoothly.....
Now anybody try the k850i????
coz i think that would be great...... with that flashlite can be enabled i think..... |

someone help me:
i'll flash my k800i to R1KG001 in order to convert it to k810i
i 'm just making sure that i will do the flash right:

i'll flash these files i downloaded:
K800_R1KG001_MAIN_GENERIC_WI_RED52.mbn for main
K800_R1KG001_FS_APAC_RED52.fbn for FS
Questions:
1. i saw these 3 options on cuztomize file sys:
break XS
Fast XS
brute XS
w/c to use?
and what should be my CDA? my current is Hong_Kong should i change it to APAC because my FS is to be flashed APAC? or it should not be changed?

I've flashed my K800 with K810 firmware only 4 days ago (and also the light effect). If you see in the service menu you'll get 2 firmware (R6BC002 from MAIN & R1KG001 from FS).
Somehow I'm not satisfied with it. So I decided to flash again with K800.  |

just to clear it up k790i need to use k818i for firmware as well as file system to get the photo fix and track id
k800i need to used k810i
There is already ton of info on how to do this, as well as explained already on the forum about locked phones and unlocked phones updates.
btw it works pretty swell ( photo fix and track id )

I put k810i my k800i and it worked
I also put k818i on my friends k790i and I had quiet a bit of trouble with it but I managed to get it working after putting back k790 original menu layout as well as .ml and lighteffects

i'm experiecing battery problem since i convert my k800 to k810., the batt drains easily.,anyone experiencing the same problem?

my phone result damage doing that  maybe the problem is that my phone is a k790a.
