Just thought i'd update this. The problem is nearly sorted and we have come to an agreement. I'm currently waiting on a replacement W850 to arrive from O2 for Doctorwa in exchange for the blocked handset.

Again I thought I'd better update this.
I've had no word from Doctorwa since the 1 May telling me he had been delayed in sending the blocked phone and would send it to me in the next couple of days.
It has now been nearly 2 months and nothing from him untill a phone call today.
I get a phone call from a Kevin Peel (This is not Doctorwa's real name) asking about the W850 as he had bought it from Doctorwa last Nov/Dec 2006.
Kevin said to me that the blocked phone had been lying about and had not been sent off so he posted it last Wednesday 6th June.
Again I had no message from Doctorwa to let me know that it had been sent.
The blocked W850 still has not turned up and Kevin has also passed money over to Doctorwa to sort the problem out.
I now have Kevin's email address and phone number and will be dealing with him directly as I think Doctorwa has messed both of us about too much with regards to what has happened.
I have also been in contact with O2 again and they will still honour the offer of a replacement handset and battery in exchange for the blocked handset and a £50 charge due to me not being insured (Half of the cost is payed by myself and half payed by Doctorwa).
This is still acceptable with Kevin as per my recent phone conversation with him.

Thanks to Kevin. The blocked W850 arrived today.
Hopefully Scott (Doctorwa/Baal) will be reimbursing Kevin as I'm now dealing directly with him only.

@staz - That's very KIND of you mate ! Despite what had transpired early on . . . you still manage to keep your NAME-clean here
I know that this issue happened during the time that you went SOLO (in life, departed from parent's house . . .). It must really be TOUGH then after which not-so-good-news arrived as well with the demise of your loved ones
As the saying goes . . . all is WELL that ENDS well . . . !

Hopefully this is the lat time I'll need to update this.
Kevin has now recieved a new replacement W850 from me this morning.
Hopefully Doctorwa/Baal will do the decent thing and return the money Kevin gave him to sort this out.
I have also made Kevin aware of this thread and hopefully he will join Esato to confirm all is well now.
