No not since his post of 2007-02-16 15:55 in which he states he is willing to assist Mike in reporting it , but other than that he assumes no responsibility and definitely not to refund Mike his money.

Still proceeding although slowly.
They aren't exactly fast workers .. but as long as there is a satisfactory outcome I don't mind waiting.

I agree with Dogmann's summary of the situation. I think Topscooby should have recognised this phone would be trouble after it arrived 'not as described' and the seller couldn't care less. On-selling the problem to someone else was not a smart move.
