I've not done it but it looks almost as easy as I've put above. Put your DVD in the PC. click the ADD DVD TITLE button, select P990i and hit CONVERT FILES.

I'm not sure then. Have you tried with somethign basic first to test it's working OK? If this is the first thing you've converted it may be an idea to start with a simple AVI and go from there once you know it's working OK.

others will be able to advise better.

Hi all!

Can't get this to work. I've tried all. I have removed it from my PC an installed it again. Installed .net 2.0 framework. The only thing I'm not sure of is the Nero codec. I installed it the first time but maybe it was removed with the M3 software. Can anyone give me a link?

You need to point M3 to the zip file you download. when you start M3 do you get a pop up checking you have the codecs?

You're not giving us enough info or answering the questions asked. It hard to help if you don't so this. The quality from this app is superb and it's so easy to use. I'm not sure where you're going wrong to be honest.

lol, bloody hell, lot's of messages back n forth here.

amanno1:

Load M3, does it prompt you for the nero codec? This is not nero 6 or 7, it's a seperate nero product. If it does ask for you it, you have two options:

click "Yes" and M3 will attempt to download it automatically.

If this fails, reload M3 and choose "No" at the nero prompt, then M3 will launch the link in your browser. Once you download NeroDigitalAudio.zip in your browser, go back to the M3 window and M3 will be waiting for you to tell it where the zip file is.

That's nero set up.

To rip your DVD music video....

1. Click the "Add DVD Title" button in M3

2. Agree to the fair use license

3. Click the Help button in the DVD window for instructions on choosing which title to rip

4. Click "Convert Files".

Oh and do remember to choose the P990 as your phone in M3!
