I think that SE uses the same software base for all the later phones. No need to reinvent the wheel. That is why they mention Tennis and also T300 and T68 in the text....

Ich habe in der Zwischenzeit mit dem PM von Ericsson gesprochen, da ich von ihm gerne Angaben zur neuen Software wollte.
Die genaue Beschreibung des Updates ist noch nicht vorhanden. Aber sicher ist, dass die Software R5A020 viele Bugs
enthält und eine weitere Version R5C nächste Woche erhältlich sein wird.
Deshalb empfehle ich zu warten.
Meanwhile I talked to the PM-Ericsson, looking for more detailed information to the new R5A020. Actual it isn't available right now, but fact is that R5A020 has a lot of bugs and it would be better to stay with your old version and wait for the R5C coming soon (next week, probably)
My recommendation - wait for it. |

I saw also SMTP authentication was mentioned as one of the new features, I have upgrade my T68 but I could nowhere find any differences concerning the SMTP authentication issue.

I have the new versio and i made reset and i lost everything!!!
all the ringtones (even the basisc ones!!), all the themes!!, and alla the pictures!

for those of you who have tried upgrading to R5A but your service point has just given you R2E or R2F....  has now released R5 again... but this time it's R5C001... for the moment it's only available for T68i, and not for MMS upgraded T68m, but it will probably be available for T68m as well... |
