Hi 103ssv,

Thanks for reply. I am from Austria. Do you have the original cable between the base station and the telephone line? The cable should have a RJ-11 jack at one end (towards the base station) and a country-specific plug at the other end, so probably it is different from the austrian plug. However, both should have some kind of internal connection between the cable wires, and this is what would be of particular value for me. Do you have the possibility to measure the cable with an ohmmeter and check for some shorts between specific wires?

Best regards,

Lix

Never mind, I have found the solution. If there are other people in need of this info, to make it work you need to short the wires 2 with 3 and 4 with 5 of a 6 wire cable. Something like this:

DT260 ------- phone line

1 ----------------- open (or missing)
2 ------\
3 ------+--------- 3
4 ------+--------- 4
5 ------/
6 ----------------- open (or missing)

Maybe this will help someone else...

Best regards,

Lix

Hi All!

Nice to se so many new members and nice to se r0sewhites old R310s proto but I do wonder, does it start up? telle?

Here are some "new" phones in my collection, the first one is painted with the colors of AIK = Allmäna IdrottsKlubben, a football team in Sweden and the other one is a sort of metallic painted phone, really cool.

hi stoleman,
yes it works normally but i only start up once a week and just for a check the function.
but in my place it only works in one provider and the other provider its low signal and sometimes "no network" or searching only.

Hi

I recently got this R320s, wich unfortunately does not work (won't turn on aka the Mexican bug!).
However I haven't seen one labelled this:

Is there someone who can tell me more about this version?
Of all the R320's I have there isn't one with "co WAP-version" on the IMEI sticker.

I have a question for all the fans.
If our society would end on dec 21 2012 and we had to chose one phone that would survive it as a icon to show the future what we had. Would be an Ericsson, and if so which one?
With Ericsson and Nokia gone: we must keep their spirits alive and buy JOLLA or YOTA

@103ssv: is it a proto?

@bart:

R520m copper or T39m : stylish, reliable, elegant

If you need one with a super battery, take the T65

@bucheral

It has a regular IMEI so I can not tell.
I tried to take the firmware of of it, but the phone is as dead as a phone can be
I suppose it has a dead voltage regulator, but I don't have the tools to replace it.
