i wont get any money back mate but at least ive got a decent host now so im never goinh to have these problems again and my site can grow alot more with all the space and bandwidth ive got now  plus i can make it available on WAP

i had probs with my host going down for about a whole month in april.
i wasnt happy, but i know genuinly that it was a hardware fault, which cant really be helped. But cos im happy with my service (except downtime), im sticking with them.. also cos im a lazy bastard with no money to move 
oh yeah and btw

really? do u think im being harsh on shitehost then? there are loads of unhappy people on the net - ive been looking.
saying that they only have support by the support desk and for the first 6 months i didnt get one reply! then i got a couple and the server died a day later

well bad support aint good.
i get a support desk thing with my hositng, but i find it quicker to email the guy who owns the joint.
Also i think that im not that bothered about the downtime, because i was on holiday for most of it!

rite.. well my support on bargainhost was non existent! anyway moving now so thats the end of that.
just watching the e3 vid i dloaed about half life 2 - the graphics are unbelievable!  i need to upgrade before that comes out!
