Thanks for your reply, doministry... Are the pictures taken with the T, less noisy in low light?
Well... You just can't expect noise-free pics in low light, right?
I mean in really bad conditions - there is no chance.
But I can say it's a bit better, definitely.
Pics are also less shaky in really darker situations.
But I also must say that all of the latest top Xperias (Arc, S, T) are able
to take some great night shots.
T is not such a massive leap but certainly is better.
The only thing in those situations - steady position.
Shots made by the phone which was set stable are really great.
With a little noise.

Actually, I remember my old X10i having no noise at all in twilight mode. It's a little harder to handle at 1 sec shutter speed compared to Arc S's 1/2 sec, but the difference is night and day. X10i gave me what I needed in low light conditions, Arc S was nowhere close. I hope there's at least some improvement in that department on Xperia T.

Hmm... I never really used X10 so can't compare...
Noise is not everything though... It's also about the detail.

Can someone please confirm for me whether there is a menu at the bottom of the SMS conversations to insert a picture, take a picture, attach a note and send location?
I've just updated and can't remember if it was there before.

Yep it's there on mine, and I'm running .195 firmware.

Thanks Del. It looks like a very minor update then. I'm running 233.

I guess I have a stupid question here, but, How do I remove the sim card?

Open the flap and push the sim card inwards and it will click and pop out.

I have to admit I'm loving this phone at the moment everything works and the battery life is great for me, much better than the xperia s that I had, good knows why Sony couldn't get the s to work like this

Xperia S had a dated chipset trying to run a HD720P display and Android4.0 which in itself is demanding of the GPU.

Yep it really is, I just hope that Sony don't screw up the jelly bean update for it and ruin a great phone.

I have a funny feeling they won't mess up. From ICS to JB, I'm pretty sure it's hard to mess up. Also, the updates are in such a long time for the S so the S can catch up to the new features. The T definitely won't be messed up... |
