in matter of fact, i'm impressed. peterkay made a lot of blurry pictures of the phone,its display,.... BUT that picture of the phone in the air is not blurry at all

It was a theory. But given enough time I'm sure there will be a Sirf IV and later Sirf V and so on.  You name it, speed, accuracy, battery life, size... it will be better, perhaps even an efficient solar cell so it never runs out of juice.

first of all, thanks PK, DocTorpor, deuxani, and everyone who were very kind and took care of fellow Esato members!
@ PK, could you confirm which exterior parts of the P700 is actually metal? Is it just the front silver part? Or the whole phone's silver pieces?
My P910a have severe paint chips on the silver plastic parts (basically the whole phone), so I really hope the P700 to have more metal parts.

The frontfacia is made of extruded aluminium. The silver on the is silver painted plastic. Since most of the edges on the back are rounded, I don't think they will chip very easily (unless you drop the phone of course) |

Maybe P700i is the the device shown on the pictures from Peter Kay, and the M610i is a similar device but without camera?
Would make sense following the P and M series sofar.. |
