Received repaired K800 after software became corrupted.

That usually means that the battery is not an original SE one. I would check it and possibly return it if it is not an original. When SE phones detect an 'alien' battery they charge it in safe mode, which is usually slower. |

That's funny!!! - ha
Phoned O2 - blew their heads off. New phone on its way. Sent the replacement back via recorded. If you ever have cause to speak to Vincent at O2 repairs please say hello. 3rd handset better work or I will terminate contract early.
@MWarner - phone and battery are SE original BST-33 - phone didnt charge at all after 5 hours. In fact we started at 64% and ended at 27%. This handset was a repair replacement - in other words it is not new but a repaired handset from someone else. Guess they forgot to repair it! P.S. - at least I could get into the Games/Apps folders (whilst the battery was charged).
Ho-hum - back to this rubbish little Nokia. |

Ditto! I'm not sure whether to expect them to scoll or not, but I would certainly expect them to not truncate at 11 characters. It's only some select albums for some bizarre reason. And they have completed ID3 details in iTunes.

If I was to debrand my K800i via Wotanserver, it's currently on Orange. How do I go about getting all the connection settings etc ?
What about Java certificates etc ? |

@Pebb - goto www.sonyericsson.com type in your mobile number and they will text them to you.
@ALL - had enough of SE and new technology - bought K510 - it is all I need and hopefully will work. K800 still selling for £180 unlocked so will pocket £130.
LOL

Pebb You will not need to download anything if you reflash the phone with generic software.
New 3g phones find there own settings. When you switch the phone on for the first time all you will need to do is follow the steps and the phone will download the all the settings and install them. Regarding the Java Certificates again the phone will do what ever it needs to work.
You will have no problems at all. I have debranded a few k800 from orange and havnt had one problem. I have also done a w800i as well and havnt had any problems.
If you need any more info then please ask.
Hope this helps |

So no software on SEUS.
What more do want us to say? It is not there, but I might be able to help you with upgrading your phone.
Where are you from.
Can you get to PayPal or WOTAN servers.
*edited on a Mac of course. Mac: There is no substitute*
N82(YES), iPhone 3G, Shure es530, Nikon D300, more stuff. No more SE stuff, why am I still here? |
