+1 I think some people are over reacting way too much as soon criticism is aimed at Sony. |

Comeon ,I am not not like mediar or any person who gives negative feedback,suppose out of 10 ,8 people say zperia z screen is good then only 2 say is worst its acceptable,in this case,am not sure which phone this guy has seen and start to say its bad ,and says its worst than xperia T,do Sony have sense making worst screen, they want an new image and made z.and you people believe in oversaturated images like from Samsung and says its too good,i dont understand its a best 5 inch 1080p screen,wait for the retail phone or check "N" no reviews from youtube.If you are not satisfied leave it ,don't make Sony to stop making Awesome phones.And please don't think you have most ultimate eyes,who knows your eye power may be increased,Time to visit eye doctor   |

Seven handsets for the adventurous (pictures) by CNET... Surprisingly Xperia Z is the only rugged phone which has both premium look & beasty specs... Everything else were jus rugged phones with normal specs, which were specially made for adventurous activities...

Is it possible there there are different types of screens for different regions for Xperia Z? How can the screen look so bad to some?

Supposedly there are pre production units out in the wild still, and those have inferior components in them. This comes from some folks at XDA. I don't know how true that is, so probably best to wait and see |

looking at the Xperia TX different screens affair I can see that being true
just hope it's with the preprod. units not with retail ones

I see alot of spam here. People just want to make things bad.
I read tons of cr..p about T screen and camera.
And than bought it.
It has better screen than S and the camera too.
However many claimed just the opposite.
So let's not get annoyed by idiocy, Moskow units etc.
We read the reviews and they are pretty clear about everything.

I am happy for you, really, but I saw two different screen at SXTX good and not so good. Both was commercial unit. Yesterday I saw SXZ at showroom here. It was also commercial without prototype sticker. Screen worse than my TX. It's a fact. For a device costing a thousand dollars here it is not what I expecting... Sound. is also pretty low, but it its not a problem for me.
All reviewer said:"pixel density is great, but poor view angles and low contrast." Just read what they wrote. I REALLY HOPE THAT IT WILL BE FIXED, because I'm planned to present it to my wife. |

Yeah, exactly. I don't know why people are sitting behind their computer complaining about something from a review on the phone. Just like the Xperia T, saying that it had a bad screen and I had no issues with it. And for the Xperia Z, I tested it out while I was at CES and also found no issue and the viewing angle was great. |

I did not say anything about you giving negative feedback about the phone, just that there is people at this forum who are over reacting when something negative is said about Sony or the products.
On topic: The XZ seems to already sold out on pre-orders at the Swedish operator Telia's webshop.

Guys i was playing with my friend's samsung galaxy beam...it's camera's flash is like a halogen bulb  really so much light... i was like  ...what about Z's flash light???hope its like the beam
