how comes that all your mp3 was removed? thought when its the mass memory it has nothing to do with the upgrade...

Hi Miss UK
I also don't understand how it deleted your Mp3's as a firmware upgrade doesn't touch the Mass memory at all, only formatting the Mass memory would of deleted them. As when i did my upgrades all my films and documents were left in tact i only needed to reinstall my apps as i always install them to the phone memory.
Marc

This'll make u sick lol. Just upgraded my contract with o2. Firstly they said I could have a N95 8GB for £79.99 plus an 18month contract at £35/pm. (200mins & 400 txts) I asked for my PAC code cos I can get way better deals elsewhere....
3 hours later I rang again and i managed to get the N95 8GB FREE and on a 12month contract with 500mins and 1000txt at, wait for it lol.....£25p/m (cos i'm now a loyalty customer or something)
Happy days

Boba & Marc, I think it was prob due to the fact that I didn't select the tracks to be copied to mass memory? all I did was save to mass memory and I think it needs to be copied by selecting them I haven't a clue...

I got aload of crap off them the second time I phoned so good on you for hangin in there
Just make sure there sending you the N95-2 not the

the big screen is a big bonus and also the menu will fit your needs imo, even no stylus " on board"
