Hello everybody.
KZN Eastcoast is attack by some bigger tides.
I was always worried by the fact that Durban CBD have a lower altitute than the actually sea. You know when going towards the beach you go up the hill.
And then there Standard Bank developers are smoking something.
Sent them the e-mail and I got no response. |

So how about this, Google planning to bring out a phone? Would really be interesting to see how it happens, and what it will be able to do. I myself am not to keen on the idea, but it seems like it will be aimed at less developed countries:
"Spanish IT site Noticias quotes Isabel Aguilera, Google's chief for Spain and Portugal, as explaining the move as a way of extending the "information society" (translation: Google's advertising business(my note:hehe!) ) into less developed countries."

So what do you guys think? Think we will get a camera on the thing?

Wanqa, that article is disturbingly accurate... Things seem to be getting worse by the day... Anyway, enough morbidity for now... here's a little bit of a pick-me-up

Wow, very dramatic pics, TI!
More N73 pics, not as dramatic, but nevertheless a 'nca' subject matter after such a very cold snap that we had here today; it even snowed for a short while! So much for an early Spring...
Arty-farty pic, starting the braai on Saturday night:

Just watched 50 first dates again...what a legendary movie, and i am not one for watching movies more than once.
anyway, heard about the snow over there wanqa, chatting to a friend in the morning, and she mentioned it. said it was already melted though.
so i might go investigate what cell c has today, but doubt i will be impressed. i like them, their image, but they just dont have it.

@francois: There's a nice new slider from Samsung that your sister might be interested in, it's got EDGE, is slimline and plays most music files. Seen it advertised for R1199 sans starterpack...E280? Downside is that it has a really bad VGA camera so there won't be too many snaps.

@francois, 50 First Dates is a pretty good movie, so I can understand why you like it. I watched it a couple of times myself. Been busy lately, I've just moved into my university's dormitory. It's supposed to be more conducive for studying, but somehow I feel lethargic every time I sit in front of my notebook, haha...

Yeah, that movie was way better than I expected; I was dreading enduring a 'chick-flick' of sorts with the better half, but it was quite funny.
My chick-flick-watching skills are very poor indeed; they haven't developed in 36 years...

As a rule i don't watch the romantic type of movie, but one which i was persuaded to watch -and which i enjoyed- was Notting Hill.
