yea strange
and hey he also lives in belguim.
alot of people know that a perfect phone is impossible, but thats not true. remember when the T68m cam out? that phone had every technology outthere + a great design (i like both colors alot, but the gold one is just super!).
so the T68m by the good old Ericsson is the mobile phone of all mobile phones. i don't think any phone will be a bigger revolution ever.
oyea and i hate it when some nokia fans say that the T68 isn't a phone that made the history books.

great news boba. i've recived some pics of a very old but special prototype.
a sort of 9110 killer. it opens like it, full keyboard and touch screen.
called GS-88. project killed because the phone would've costed 2500euro!
pics will be up this weekend, i'll post one here 2.
/// had so many projects but the market just wasn't ready. and now that the market is ready, SE's short on projects, sadly

Indeed, /// was next to the others at many cases ahead. Their ideas and revolutionary developments caused unfortunately the end of their history. Hopefully the ideas will be recognized in the next future, not important which brand, what counts, that it came from the swedish giant. There are many brands, but only the 3 stripes had the solutions and the courage in case of the future of mobile technology. Tia for the pix u mentioned.

here is the ericsson GS-88
a phone that should've been the communicators killer, but wasn't lauched because of its high price (2500 retail price) and because of the low demand.
i would've featured everything that was out back then, like the mini computer (like a psion one) that they made. including a touch screen.
by looking at this prototype you'll also see abit of the R3xx phone that was used in a bond movie.
more pics of it in the prototype section on my site

Hey cool mate, brings back memories. I'm a little confused now though. I thought it was the ph388 that I had & the picture is the right one. I remember also the green band at the bottom of the ariel & it gettin thin. The gh388 has a different ariel & is blue so I don't think it was that. I don't recall the phone No. being built in though. I had it on One2One in the UK.
