Sun Cellular introduces a New Text Unlimited option. For only P20.00, you can avail of 2 days unlimited text. Good job Sun.
(if only you could improve on your network coverage and congestion problems)

Gusto ko sanang kumuha ng SUN SIM, pero sabi ng kapitbahay ko mahirap daw tumawag o mag-text. Panay daw redial nya bago maka-connect. Meron bang ibang naka experience ng ganito?

@crackerjack
Suncellular has coverage limitation on some areas. With regards to the difficulty in texting or calling, yes this happens during peak hours. 7pm to 11pm. But I'm sure they're working on this, that's why they've been busy upgrading their system.

Maybe SUN's coverage in our area still needs improvement. Maraming salamat po.

Been receiving my text in batches, not real time. There's hardly signal at home at night. If there is signal, takes ages to call. Before i seldom experience "message failed", but now it's been rampant already. Is it my phone, my sim, ormy network? Anyone experience the same thing?

I just read today's papers. NTC clears Sun promo.
It even says that NTC is now allowing the operators to set their own minimum standards, but NTC must approve it first and operator must publish these in layman's terms. |

What's your location? Makati and San juan ako.
@GOwin
That's great for consumers like us but we really need to feel SUN's improvement on their services.

I barely use my Sun sim nowadays. Pangbola-bola na lang.
I don't even bother loading credits, since I get free P150 every month for a year, di ko man lang maubos

Sun Sureload Expiry Questions:
Lets say my monthly sureload of P250 (w/ around P20 remaining) will expire & will be
replenished in 1 day (tomorrow). If I load a P50 call card (today), will it accumulate & follow the expiry of the P50 call card? That makes it P70?
If yes, I will have an additional P250 because of the sureload replenishment so that makes it P250 + 70 is P320?
===============
How about in the case of "Give a load" (w/c has a validity of 24 hours)? If someone sends me a P20 credit from give a load (today), will my other remaining P20 from sureload be retained? So that makes it P40?
If yes, will it be added to my P250 replenishment from sureload? So that makes it P250 + 40 is P290?
