Prototype, how did you manage to shot the flower at so close distance ? What options did you use ? And as far as i see your colours are amazingly vivid and nice. Mine are not. And i am with CBE 7.0 also.

* To get the best colours I try to take pictures with the sun facing the thing I'm shooting and I make sure to use the right WB and EV.
As a general rule, sunrise and sunset are the best times to take a photo.
* The flower was pretty big, that's why it looks like it's at very close distance. ( i use auto-focus)

Hey guys, when I use forced flash in the daylight, pictures appear really, really bright even with the lowest iso/shutter speed/exposure modes.

Any idea?

Ive never altered language files so forgive me is this is a silly question... but seeing how witchking was able to change the text portion of the menus, would it be possible to alter the EV values too? For example.... When in the ISO or shutter speed adjustment modes, have the screen actually display the ISO/t values in place of just showing .3, .7, 1.0 or 1/250th, 1/500 etc...

Just a thought [addsig]

I think it is not posible. I made lng file once for my self. I will try to explain(bad engilsh )

If you change it to for example display ISO values, when you select any other settings, it will again display ISO you values you changed. There is no way to change it for every option you have. I hope you understand me.

I would like to make lng again, but i can't get my lng file with A2uploader...

Guys, is just on mine or on this release (7.0) the same happens as on the previous 6.5:

- on the "manual-shutter" mode after you take a picture (the picture is fine) the viewfinder gets extremely dark and the solution is change between modes. This is VERY annoying and frustrating when I ask friends to take a couple of pictures and after the first picture they say "hey, now the screen is off! Is it damaged???"

Whatīs the solution? I canīt get the HDR to work either... (where do I enable it? Will it take 3 pictures and join them?)

For those that wondered why I keep asking for a manual Non-RER flash, here is my first try.... just loaded the driver and started playing around...

So.. you want a good interior shot but your C905a just don't cut it sometimes....

Here is my kitchen table shot on "Auto" mode with bright ambient light entering the screen from all sides...

... its pretty dark at the table due to the extremely bright sunlight entering the windows combined with the fact that the C905 flash is not very powerful...

So, although I dont yet have the understanding of this driver to force a ISO of 100 while also reducing the shutter time to 1/1000, I just chose the latter.... 1/1000sec manual shutter speed.... I then bring in a bit of "back up" and fire again....

MUCH better... I plan on messing with this a bit more once I figure out a way to manipulate witchkings settings a bit more but for now, here is how I set this up....

.. Nikon SB16 w/ SU-4 slave is on the bar to the left and my Nikon SB-800 is on the floor to the right.... the C905a is used really to just fire off the optical trigger in the flash units.... I know this shot is boring but I have a few more ideas which should be kind of cool....

thanks for looking.

@witchking.... if you want to pm a way (if possible) to force Single flash, ISO 100 shots at 1/10000sec, I would MUCH appreciate it!!
