I was afraid of that :/

I mean, £6.50 isn't bad, it's just more than I'd pay for ANY piece of software, let alone a little app for my BB lol.

I'm a tight arse, having been brought up on 'cracked copies' of stuff lol

lol, how'd you know about spirit points?

And I do that anyway, only paid for two tanks of fuel since August

Another question that I just thought of as I got out of the shower, the little gold connectors on the back of my 8310, what are they for? Can I use them with a desk stand or something?

Too Orangeified? Sounds about right, you know when you've been tango'ed!

Hmm, so desk stands, any got any ideas on a good/cheap one to get? The only ones I've ever seen involve plugging a miniUSB cable in the side :/

you don't have to plug the cable in, but it won't charge without it!

Since Fatreg previously mentioned that the 8310's gold contacts will charge in a deskstand; I'm assuming he meant it won't connect to the PC via those contacts.

Those that want a deskstand, do you usually sync/backup via Bluetooth?

I hardly ever connect mine to my PC, as I don't have any appointments/calender notes/contacts to sync. All my contacts are backed up to the phone and SIM and thats good enough for me

I might try that one off ebay Nanu, looks more to be in 'my' price range, coz as C nicely put it, I'm a real skinflint
