Alguien sabe como convertir el A56 en C56

Update Siemens A56 to C56

this is strange... having a siemens thread in a sony ericsson discussion forum:-D. but i like siemens phones. before i got mt t65 i was using an m35i. what a great phone that was! anyway, anybody know how the s55 stacks up to the venerable t68i? i read somewhere sometime ago that the s55 was siemens' answer to the t68i. any views/comments on this?

Posted by ThreeX
duo:
When i got my S55 i thought of it (and still do) as a T68 on steroids, faster GUI, polytones, proper filesystem, configurable shortcuts etc.
When i play with my T68 or S55 today the displays are woeful still nice phones though!
I would still rank the T68m highest though, but frankly that is more emotional than practical. I feel it had too much features for its "engine" still a milestone in mobile phones history!

Hi boto. Good idea created siemens thread. Good luck with this one.

Posted by duo_m
i think siemens is losing the mobile phone wars right now. with samsung and motorola gaining ground. siemens lost the ball. don't get me wrong, siemens people, siemens make great mobiles. but they lost whatever advantage they had sometime ago. with poor marketing and poor network support of the local telcos (especially here in my country). i do hope siemens bounces back into the game and with their support of cannondale and the like, and making and releasing great products, siemens will, hopefully, get right back on track!

D only siemens I"ve used is d m55.Great looks (d scorpion neva failed 2 catch ppls attention),reliable,& with some of d fetures I needed 2 stay in touch with work & play anywhere.

Posted by duo_m
hey what happened to this thread? not enough siemens owners out there?

Posted by Miss UK
They went and bought a Sony Ericsson enuff said! ;-)

Posted by ThreeX
In my case the reason is that the current Siemens lineup are lemons IMO and the older models have already been scrutinized down to the smallest dot on the screen

Posted by boto43
to tell you truth,my wife has bought a new phone and I don't have sie any more. But sie s 55 was really good phone

Posted by ThreeX
Yes I agree, still have mine, donīt use it much though.
I think it was a step up from the T68i when it was released!

Posted by Miss UK
I really miss my S55 it was a great phone :-)

Posted by ThreeX
missy: Stop selling your old phones then!
I have, with the exception of my K700i and Z1010 i had to sell to finance Moto V3
Thereīs always a time when you regret selling the old one
Unless of course it was a genuine piece of crapola to start with..

Posted by Miss UK
I got somehow turned towards the t68i tho. The S55 is betta btw ;-) err dont talk to me bout motorola :-D

Posted by ThreeX
@missuk
I know about your Motorola misfortunes, but hey, how many Motos have you owned? If I were to judge Nokia after my 8310 they wouldnīt be worth a stale pint.
Three days after getting it, it went away for service (constantly rebooting itself in endless cycle) got it back after six days, couldnīt open SMS inbox + when in supermarket it lost signal and didnīt regain until rebooted outside again.. off it went again, got it back after 7 days and after that it didnīt skip a beat for the 1― years i had it

Posted by Miss UK
Ive owned many Nokias my fav was the 7110 why don't the bring back the scrollers ;-) .. Im not impressed by moto phones have bugs, batt lifes wak and there repair centres are shite!

Posted by fetzi
Yep, motorola 'rocks'.. bought three in w row (flare, t920 and the first triband - 'T'anything) first week's edition. Software always was prehistoric. One month later the updated phones came out - but no chance to update mine (so I had funny features like - in sms the number was shown, not the Name, couldnīt connect with addressbook; or couldnīt send sms via addressbook, had to remind every number and enter it manually; or - missing T9; and so on..).
But I left my siemens S35 'cause it couldnīt store more than 12 messages - the usual sim problem.. not very consumer-friendly business politics..

My mum had some prehistoric moto yrs ago it ended up down the bathroom toilet lol

Posted by sorac
the s55 was the best phone from siemens..
i loved it..

Posted by duo_m
i liked the older 35 series of phones. the best were the m35i and the s35. i loved their wap connectibility and of course their rock solid design. i remember that they rarely hung-up on me especially on heavy messaging duties.

Posted by duo_m
hey where is everybody? helooooooo!

Posted by lenn24
here you are!

Posted by OluYom
I had the opportunity of examining a Siemens S65 a few days ago. Sleek looks. Beautiful screen. Not too impressed with the camera. But then, I had it only for a few minutes :(

Posted by Miss UK
id like a S65 myself had to have a k700i cos my ntwk didn't have them :-x

Posted by OluYom
@miss_uk: What a shame. You would have loved it. I almost traded my P800 for it, except the dealer was being ridiculous.
