well... you have the NetMonitor menu... quite useless for the ordinary user.... but it exist on all Nokia phones and can be activated with LogoManager

U must make changes on Your software and add to Your menu NetMonitor...

Connect the phone with logomanager then click net monitor at LM menu, click activated, The net monitor menu will appears at ur nokia. Enjoy.
