Hello to all,I would like to ask for help or advice since I have an
R380e that does not start,only lights up when plugged in to charge.I think that the screen is decalibrated and the phone needs a master reset [which I don`t know how to make] from what I have seen on the internet,but I may be wrong and still don`t know what exactly to do,especially that I didn`t manage to succesfully connect the phone to my computer.Hope to find a solution and that this will be useful for others with this problem.I thank and wish you the best!
