Nokia 808 Battery

On the original Nokia 808 Spec sheet, in the center column under "Standard Sales Package contents" you can see it lists the battery as the BL-4D (Nokia N8 battery).... however on the right under "Technical Profile" it lists the battery which is in the phone (BV-4D).

My question is, can I safely use the BL-4D as a backup for my 808? I took the BL-4D out of my old N8 and it is an EXACT match in regards to size but power is less...
BL-4D = 1200mAh @ 3.7V / 4.4Wh
BV-4D = 1400mAh @ 3.8V / 5.3Wh
(pretty clear it wont OVER power or "fry" the phone) any input?

Technical it's save. It will drain faster but it will do absolutely no harm. Nice backup battery.
