We were expecting a decision about the future format of the mobile phone SIM-card during the ETSI meeting this week. Apple, Nokia, RIM and Motorola were some of the players which was unable to come to an agreement about the newly proposed Nano-SIM card format

I won't believe what you have understood. This cannot be possible. A patent war for the size of a sim card is way beyond the thinkable. Maybe not, but...God!
