Alternately you can go for unlocking sites which provide unlock codes to unlock your phone.

You can buy the unlock code for your samsung galaxy Y s5360 from a site by selecting your phone manufacturer, model & country and network to which your phone is locked.And also provide the IMEI number (press *#06# to know it) when it is asked.And get your unlock code via mail and follow the instructions to unlock your phone.

I got an unlock code for my Galaxy S3 from www.unlockgalaxys.com or you may go with some other unlocking websites but check out yourself before placing an order on online.
