Sorry if this is in the wrong place but I'm new here and wasn't quite sure where to post.
My phone ran out of battery, I've charged it until it says fully charged but when I try to turn it on I just get a blank white screen for a few seconds then it just turns off. I've tried other chargers and other batteries which I know work.
Any idea and advice would be gratefully received

have you tried taking the battery out for a minute and then put it back in?
