Phone contacts from word file to Sonyericssion mobile

HI all,

I got new sonyericssion w705 moblie. i have my contact list in word format please let me know is there any way that i can covert my contact list from word to some sutable format of sonyerission and load same to My mobile.

You have to manually do it.
And you can save your time if you've got BT dongle or usb cable and MyPhoneExplorer. Connect your phone and save the name & numbers by copy-paste from the word file to MPE and then synchronize it with your phone.
