Hi everyone, i recently bought a Three Branded K800i on Ebay and put my Telstra Sim Card it it, however everything works fine execpt the web browsing which neither i, nor telstra, seem to be able to work out, if anyone could help me i would be incredbily appreciative? hope someone replies soon.

hi mate
as you bought your mobile off ebay, you should configure the phone with the telstra gprs settings. try contacting them and tell your problem. maybe your phone needs the settings that allow you to browse the net.

hi, no, ive tried that with telstra, they said the ultimate thing to do would be to have telstra firmware installed, but sony ericsson have they cannot do that to a 3 branded phone due to contractual issues- has anyone else had this problem? or have any suggestions? please help!

by the way, MMS works fine- basically when i go into my mobile browser currently its a 'planet 3' logo- but on telstra phone its a 'bigpond' logo- the progress bar never fills and eventually i get a message saying connection failed and to contact my operator for assistance.
