Not sure it can be done, my old p series could block callers not on your contact list and my W850i wil allow me to specify a list of allowed callers. Not sure about disallowed callers though?

Only white list :
Menu > Settings > Calls > Manage calls > Accept calls > Only from list

I saw something about a "BLACKLIST PATCH" for w810.Does any one know anything about it??
