Whats the difference between CDMA and 3G/UMT connection? Would somebody explain it for me? Pardon me! If u find this question too stupid.

Sorry but in my opinion 3g/umts is a technology far superior to cdma data, the volume of data is higher in 3g and that you also consumes more battery ..

CDMA is a 3G technology. GSM however is not considered a 3G technology.
