help! bluetooth headset problems |

i was given the o2 blue wireless headset when i got my K750. i've paired the 2 together and added voice tags to the numbers on the phone. i press the button on the head set, i say the name but it's never recognised. i've had the thing for nearly a month and i've not been able to make one call with it. are there any specific settigns i have to change???any suggestions???
(p.s i have had a replacement sent out, neither of them have worked)

did you record the voice tags directly onto the handset or via the bt headset?
this thread also has a few helpful pointers, although it is for z600 and hbh-65.
if you try the  you should come up with a few other useful threads
