The most beautiful language is in the listeners ears and in the readers eyes.
I think that English, Italian, Norwegian and Spanish are among the most beautiful languages when spoken.
I think that Chinese and Japanese are among the most beautiful languages when written.
Anyway, as I don't know and recognize more than a handful or two of languages altogether, what are my thoughts worth, really?

here's my take.
english with british accent, think sir anthony hopkins.
english with scots accent, think sir sean connery.
english with glaswegian accent, think sir alex ferguson.
english with thick-paste of irish gypsy accent, think brad pitt in snatch. (superb job!)
english with awful accent, think austin powers aka mike myers.
over-the-top faux-scots accent, think shrek aka mike myers.

Spanish is the most beautiful sounding language, but have you heard any real german poetry? Its absolutely brilliant, i work with a german and she had these poems that were translated, didnt really rhyme or anything after translation but they were brillopads! Some people say german is kinda gutteral sounding but i think its a very descriptive and colourful language.

arabic.
It flows when you write it and rolls of the tongue.
Some of the most best love poems are written in arabic as well.
