I'm also having problems logging in.
I have a k700i and it is not in your list. Is it intentionally left out?

No. As long as it has My Friends listed in the Messenging Menu then it is covered.
It has been down for couple of days now. Smartvas say it should be up and running again anytime.
I have been checking the Forums on the site but nothing as yet. 
Its a pity because it is normally so reliable and this is the 1st time I have encountered an outage like this.

no, my k700i has My Friends but I thought that since it was left out in Goldenfaces post I thought i might be incompatible with smartvas.
Is smartvas still not up and running?

Its seems to working fine as from last week sometime.
Is yours not working floke? If you look at the bottom of the first post it also says 'or any with the My Friends option.'
I've just logged in fine on my phone.

Is this still down I can't get it to log in on phone or get into the website. Curiously my login and password all wiped out of the phone but left all other details in the profile. |
