Hey, I've been having problems connecting my w580i to my computer via usb cable (it is an original sony ericsson cable). It used to work fine, but now my computer gives me a "Device has malfunctioned. Please reconnect or replace the device".I have all the proper drivers installed for it but it still doesn't make a diffrence. I also tried using 3 other cables, and 4 diffrent computers, but it still doesn't work
. I think it's a problem with the fastport, and i tried cleaning it with ispropyl alcohol and cotton but it still doesn't work. I even tried using a needle to get some of the residue off the fast port and it still doesn't work... Please Help

Hi
Your problem seems to be a tough. Does it charge right? You might get the fastport replaced as it looks like it's damaged.

And when i took this pic, i was surprised, cause with the naked eye you cant see any of the grime thats on the fastport. Lol
