please help with my satio with internet

my satio was brilliant, i could lie in bed and get a good connection. Now its stopping and startin then nothing then no internet access to gateway. Any ideas. Its doing my head in. Tried restartin it. Whats the correct internet access wap services or internet. And whats access points.↲↲↲Thanks in advance

Phone your network provider and check there are no network outages first of all.

If you haven't changed the connection settings then there shouldn't really be a problem with them.
