Laffen founded it and Laffen runs it along with the mods. The two mods you'll see around the most often are Masseur and Tranced.

Officially he is only a mod of the Americas regional section, but if I'm not mistaken, he does mod duties everywhere else anyway. So his name is only on the list in the Americas section.
