Probably you are looking for a blacklist patch... Something like this exists, but you cannot block sms. Anyway it is not available for the W910 yet... A200 is a new platform (which W910 uses) so it is still not hacked... You cannot patch your phone like that yet...

As far as I know, there is no way or application to do that.
You can try and call your service operator and ask them ..
