W960 failed to communicate with mRouter Runtime

Hello

I have installed the pc suite SW that came with the phone. When I connected it for the first time all the com stuff was installed. It advised that after this had happened i would be asked to name the phone (this never happened) and when I try to connect it says no phone connected.

When I logon to my PC after a few minutes i get the error: "Failed to communicate with mrouter runtime. Reason: This operation returned becaue the timeout period expired." Has anyone had this problem before? I'm using xp Home with SP2 and have uninstalled and reinstalled several times to no avail. The SE support site is no use.

Please help i really want to put music on my phone otherwise it's just an expesnsive paper weight!

Found out what was wrong....it was my firewall blocking the port. Disabled this and reinstalled pc suite. Can now connect my phone.
