Sony Ericsson W850i available from 2nd week of October
21 September 2006 by axxxr Networks are pitching in with large orders for Sony Ericsson's first ever slider, the W850i.The Walkman handset will be available in large volumes in stores from the second week of October.
3 is particularly enthusiastic, as the W850i is the first ever Walkman-branded handset and could be a useful weapon to accelerate music downloads. No retailer or operator is expected to get an exclusive on the handset.source:mobiletoday

Salling clicker works, although seem to be struggling to get it to work as a 3g modem.. All things that should sort themselves out with a bit more reading and effort. It might be a bit thick for some people, but i'm a big fan so far. I´m really disappointed with this all new SE marketing that downgrades funcions in newer models in order to make them more ´specialized´. If i wanted something specialized i would have got an ipod or a real cybershot cam. It doesnt make much sense.
