You can download it off the net, but that's no good if you can't get on in the first place!
Have you tried booting up in safe mode? Start the computer and keep tapping the F8 key until you get the boot menu.

personally I'd run at least 2 spyware checkers.
My main desktop runs Ad Aware, MS antispyware AND spybot. (Ad and Spybot picked up ALOT of stuff that MS anti didn't)
