two words...boo yaka.

I just rung o2 and asked them to cancel my contract for me, they put me through, and i managed to get him to offer k800i for £69.99, and 300 voice and video minutes, xnetwork, and 500 texts for £10 a month!

i talked to "Matt", so if anyone wants to try their luck, ask for him!!

Ich liebe O2!!

I got a discount tariff from o2online last year and was finding it difficult to get a decent offer out of them this year.

But phoned today and was offered the K800 for £70 and the samsung E900 for free - decided to save the £70 and go for the sammy.

I've also kept the 500 mins and 500 txts for £15 tariff I was on.

do you think i can do this t-mobile...ive been with them for ages...around 8 years i think. im on the tariff where i get free calls to landlines after 7pm and on weekends...and i pay £23pm! about a year ago i got my first ever upgrade to a k608i (which was from my original phone a 8210!!).

looking at this thread my deal is really poor!! do you think tmob will be this willing as o2 to give me a good offer?

if your nearley at the end with them tell them you wanna terminate your contract with them etc

yup...i have had the 8210 on contract since its release! Ive bought other simfree phones throughout the years but never really got a upgrade!

my contract is up...so you think I can tmobile to give me a better contract with a free phone? are tmobile desperate to keep customers like o2?

hey there

i have been with o2 for ages now, and have been waiting for my contract to run out, which is this month some time! i am on o2 200 at the mo, which is 30 quid a month, but my bills have been 80+ quid for a good few months (going over 100 quid for past 2 months). does this put my in the high spender catorgory? if so would this count in my favour in terms of being offered a good tarrif?

could anyone guide me as to what to ask for (in terms of minutes and txts etc)?

also, i know this is a SE forum (which i love, i have had t30, t610, k750 and w800), but does anyone know when o2 will have the n93 available?

thanks alot,

Hi, just wanted to share this with you to see what your thoughts are ...if any?

I been with o2 for 3 years. I have just been offered an upgrade on my handset to the k800i FOC and the following deal:

*750 Anytime minutes
*750 SMS/MMS
*1 mb GPRS
*ITS - cheaper roaming calls
*Roll over on any mins or texts

all for £20 per month on a 18 month contract.

I wasn't too happy with being signed up for 18 months but they really wouldn't budge.

Should I take it?

Anyone here thinking of ending your contract? If so I have a deal for you

If you decide you want to end... tell them somebody you know would like to take over it instead (me) I'll strike a great deal with them,

I only want about 300x-net minutes, and 100 or so text for £15 a month.

And any phone they offer i'll give to you for free

So basically, your getting rid of the contract you don't want, and a free phone for nothing!

My reasons for doing this? I just need a second contract, the one I have now only has off peak minutes, and I need a few on-peak, I already have a spare phone here aswell so the one they offer I won't be needing
