Isn't the SO505i a FOMA one? The LCD by Sharp is good anyway.

sharp an se gettin together means one thing in the uk.... more vodafone exclusives as voda has an agreement with sharp for them to produce exclusive phones for J-phone (Vodafone Japan) and all the other vodafone ops (mainly uk, spain and germany). Take a look at the GX series of phones. they all where released in japan then after signing the deal all of them released in the UK. and in january the SH902v will be released in uk with 2 megapixel camera, 3g capabilities and tv connection to view pics and videos...
this means branded phones!!!  |

Indeed, more branded fones, but would it be possible that se will eat sharp and it will disappear?

Just a further step for Sharp. Remember that they signed with Ericsson mobile platforms for using UMTS technology in their handsets the beginning of the year?

sharp is one of THE biggest companies in mobile phones (mainly in Japan where they have the best phones) but they are also rising through the ranks in the UK. There phones r well built, reliable (the voda stores recieve less sharps than nokias and other major brands... they are more customer orientated (not releasing phones until they r fully de-bugged!)
It will b fun to c what happens. |
