remove all your data accounts and profiles. re-start you phone and see if you will have anything without sending requests to 211. | |

thanks again arnold..
deleted them and restarted..now here's what i got:
1)under data accounts:
Internet
APN= Internet
CID= 1
wap
APN= smart1
CID= 2
2)under WAP profiles
SMART
IP address: 010.102.061.046
connect using: wap
userid: blank
password: blank
tried accessing GPRS and still get the GPRS failed+GPRS parameters not supported message 
btw, did a master reset already earlier today | |
