As of this moment NONE, NADA, WALA. Ok? I made this post so you'll know where to look for the information when it comes. This is a good thing for me because, we Smart subscribers can enjoy GPRS much, much longer.

Smart MMS is now working, well after i literally told them what to do (sigh). They missed a configuration which causes the error "Invalid APN".

hello again arnoldc!

got all three OTA settings already, but when I tried accessing it still gives me the "gprs failed, gprs parameters not supported" message.

and another thing, i switched my phone off, and when i turned it back on again, the SMART MMS profile was gone, replaced by SMART. The data accounts were changed to Internet and Wap.....strange..

got a postpaid account, and using a t68m (i-fied already) running R2E006 (if that matters)

appreciate the help last night, will try to drop by a Wireless Center later.

aug, did you get the confirmation message that says your gprs and mms have been activated? that error will appear if your gprs is not activated.

agu, call *888 and ask them to confirm with switch people if your gprs is indeed activated.

well i spoke to two different customer service reps..

and both of them confirmed that it is active...

hope its just the settings- i asked them to email me a copy. tried their OTA setup and installed the settings but still get the same error messages.

better not be my phone! hmm..what SW version you guys running?

mine in R2E006 - but that shouldn't matter now would it?

if i get desperate i'll do a master reset!

thanks again!

hmm

noticed something- even if i edit my data accounts, when i restart my phone, they are replaced by 2 others- Internet and Wap, and under my WAP profiles, SMART appears after a restart as well.

i guess these settings are "pushed" by SMART to my phone- and yes, I still do not have GPRS access!!

any of you guys experience the same thing?
