I really can’t understand why VF want to change a working firmware to something that doesn’t work especially since I find it hard to understand that someone really want to use the K700i as a fully functional MP3-player, but I suppose VF believes that =)

BTW loc, in regards to that. VF are just supporting copyright of music, and in the end their own money. If they supply the ringtones locked, they can charge for them and no doubt the music companies are happy as they're not producing sounds without any sort of infringment going on.

Vodafone are happy because we'll pay for the ringtones. Technically the phone still works with MP3s, just not how we'd like.

Trying to use dmr files on v800(R1D) but it won't work..should i've to upgrade?
