hi
it is a very useful trick for sms users if you put "mailto:" as the start page of the wap browser of your phone, then you will make the typical useles "wap key" and it directly go to the "write new" sms option

This trix works with all sonyericsson phones. At the T310 you can hold down the alternativ key.

if u have done it right it should work on ur t610 cause it is working great on my t610 i guess do it again from the begining and change the home page of gprs |

tried it on my p8 but it seems to go to the new email page. i dont have it set up so it just comes with an error msg. any thing else i can put in instead?

Delete all previous character including "http://" then you will get blank/clear page, then type "mailto:"
@Nature
For P800 the command should be "sms" instead of "mailto:". Use the 'sms' command will take you to the message screen. If you use the 'mailto' command on the P800 a new email message will open.
