Not everything has a price, there are some things one cannot charge for or buy for that matter. I believe that Esato should be free, it encourage smore people to sign up and thus increases the knowledge pool available for those in need. Of course I can say this since I am not the one having to pay for Esato each month, but the again laffen hasn't forwarded any idea that I am aware of for charging members, so I will presume from that that it isn't a major problem to him.

You mentioned earlier about SE contributing to Esato, with respect to Esato, why should they?

Ok guys I think we have all gone off track here. If you look clearly at my post, it was mainly just for HOSTING THE VIDEOS AND THEMES ETC.... I wouldnt like to pay for a forum, but at the same time it would be good to find somewhere central for everyone to download stuff from, and it would also make it easy for those that dont know how to use the search (which never works for me).
I know laffen probably wont host such files (unless he wins the lottery in which case maybe spread the cash around...  but this was just a suggestion. I hope we can get some feedback from laffen himself or from the MODS...Cough cough Massseurrrrr |

I guess it's just not their (SE) business making contributions in such websites  But looking at it in the more positive/business-profit oriented side, with all the discussions going on around here, I can surely say that members here are indulged more and more to buy SE's newly released fones everytime some respected members make + comments on it, just like when @masseur made a review of the SE K700/i  I myself 'don't' usually buy brand new fone units, until I saw that SE K700/i threads  I've seen reviews made in the past from the T68i to the P900, but only the K700 made me really crave to get me one, unfortunately, my local network here run-out of stocks, the SE S700 looks great too  I am very sure that some people from SE itself 'knew' about this site, or maybe they are just trying to be cautious when giving out contributions to some sites which supports their products, as not all will benefit from it considering the vast celfone discussion sites which supports SE products But I guess, this should already be done on their part in the past Specially now that their sales is improving, even surpassing Nokia's expectations 
I will not be surprised if one day I will be hearing that Nokia itself will be making some contributions in this site (esato), because of the 'heroic/good comments' made by @flying finn et al, in the past  |

You might have notice that we used to sell video clips here at Esato. We bought a licence from the same company that provides us with ringtones and MMS animations. It turned out that this comany did not hold the copyright to the video clips, so we discontinued the sale of such content. Large video files will probably not be hosted on Esato again.
The  themes are not hosted on the main Esato server. They are located on another server with a lot of extra available bandwith. It's like tranqil wrote in an earlier post: The services that is offered for free today will most likely not cost you anything in the future either. The forum is one of these free services.

@laffen And I respect that by all means, and I would also like to say thanks for setting this forum up, I am sure you know it has been a great help to many people.
What I would then like to do is setup an account and if anyone wants to dump there Videos then feel free...because I will make the service free.
Before I go futher I would like to point out that some might take this out of context, but let me clear the air now... I AM NOT STARTING MY OWN FORUM...(PLEASE NOTE THE NOT*) I am just trying to help those without anywhere to host there videos. So give me a couple of days and I will sort that out. If anyone wants to contribute then feel free, if not enjoy....(maybe I should PM BENGALBOY...) |

@themarques - My apologies back there mate, 'just noticed some typo errors (accdg. to you) that might mislead the viewing/reading public here mate . . . The pic looks so cruel and barbaric - German style of execution, I guess I will prefer this one, also, in full color I overlooked at page 1, that's why I am making my post/reaction only now . . . *Nice gesture there mate! Signing/opening an account and/so others can join/hop-in for FREE Videos are more exciting to watch compared to 'still' pics Good Luck mate!
