I live in the states and had both my phones unlocked by http://www.logosunlimited.co.uk . They do the remote unlocking and it works great. Both my phones are AT&T one T68 and one T68i. Now I have both unlocked. It cost me about 22 US dollars. You need to get the T28 data cable and have a computer. You download their software from their web site, and pay them and then they send u a user name and password. From there it takes about 3 minutes to get ur codes.
You need to make sure that you have at least "one try" in your service menu. Press <**< and then check your network lock, if you see NCK 1 then you have one try to unlock it. When you get the code carefully enter it in you should have an unlocked phone. If you see NCK 0 then your cant be unlocked that way.
