Bad luck man. You can always try to go into a service center and beg, but I doubt you'll have any luck.

But if you buy a phone with a "cash&call card" (kontantkort) in Sweden I believe its possible to unlock for a fee.
Or am I way out of line?

Ask a service center to update the software, it should delete the original locking code returning it to its original factory specs.

Are you sure the phone will unlock when doing a sw upgrade?

Phone is not unlocked with sw upgrade.

You should be patient till someone finds a solution to unlock it.

Good luck

I`d pack my suitcase with some nice clubbing-wear for the London-Clubs, and a nice metallic spiky baseball-bat for the guy who sold you the phone! Make sure you beat the f**ker up after you`ve been clubbing! Dont know if they let you in to the clubs all bloody and stuff! But still this is hooligan-land so I guess they`d let in any asshole.

I feel really sorry for you Bjerke, first robbed, then fooled to buying a useless phone!

But Orange will perhaps sell you the unlock code? I wouldnt give up trying with the first call.. I mean, you are in Norway, they cant be so f**ked up in their head that they tell u to buy an Orange number?

The world is a sad place without a working T68

Thanks pxus...
I've got another question, I need to put the Greek language on my T68 but I was told that I have to pay for it...If when I upgrade the software to the new MMS one, do you think I could ask for one which includes the greek language and not have to pay for it?
Thanks

Update does not unlock, I know cause once in Italy I did an update, the guy told me:" is your mobile free sim? cause otherwise it will return to lock sim if it was originally bought that way", so I am sure that not only it does not unlock but it locks, the opposite, return the mobile or wait for an unlocker expert there regards.

try http://www.gengheraenga.net/
This link is to a program called "all ericsson unlock". You need to registred to download. There are even some more programs to unlock various models. I havent tried it so I cant verify it but it's surely worth a try.
