Hey,
Sorry, have been very busy of late - exams n all. Also my email doesnt seem to be working at the moment. The theme does work however it does look different on the phone - at a casual glance you can't see it but if you look for it, you can just. A closer match could probably be found but I don't have the time to fiddle with it but will forward it on to you to try.

When using Theme Creator Pro, It is easy to hide the provider name. Just match up the colors, and its not that hard.

You just need to remember to leave JUST enough contrast to have the phone accept the theme

Hi there!

I'm glad you like the theme i created as 'rush2611' on the site the link isn't allowed to show.
If you need this or one of my themes, you can pm me.

It's also nice to see that you haven't ripped it! Thanks!

Hey All, I've read through a fair few posts on here and a lot seemed to be asking if there is a way to remove the network name at the top of the screen, the answer to which is no. However I have created a theme which effectively hides it - a technique which was alluded to in one or two posts I read.

I just thought i'd post it here and if the idea inspires ppl, great, if not then you can still enjoy looking at the pretty theme (provided the pic i took 6 trys to upload works!) =)

Ok first thing i wish to make 100% clear is that I am by no means taking total credit for this theme - it was originally made by a guy called rush2611 and i downloaded this theme from a site (which I am not allowed to post apparently =) ).

I simply photoshoped the images a bit, added a little bit of customisation, changed some colours etc. Hopefully below will be an image of the theme. Let me know what you think...

How did you remove the operator logo of the theme?
By changing colours or changing xml-code?

Please send me your version of 'my' theme.
(pm me the download url, please!)

I have to remind that, not all operator will work with this trick, because some of them may store their name in the sim card instead of the firmware

Damn it won't work for me then

Proximus but vodafone has 25% of it and the operator name on the sim is from many years so I don't think it's vodafone

Ok I know nothing about Sim cards and the technology about it but sometimes when I go trough all the operators name, some of them change. Like we had that Orange become Base and I checked one month later and the name has changed so my guess would be that they transmit the new changes to the sim card and thus changing the name will work for some time ....

Again I know zip about sim card it's only my guess

OKay guys, I've heard plenty of buzz about getting rid of the operator logo's.

So for the guys who are REALLY INTO THEIR PHONE,
It CAN be done. Requires fiddling with firmware.
Check out

These guys are serious bout their phones.
Good luck.
